At Buranda Crescent the owners wanted to refresh their courtyard without losing the mature citrus tree the family loved. The before state was tired turf, patchy where the tree shaded the ground.

We carefully replaced the lawn around the tree’s drip line with synthetic turf that handles shade as well as sun, then squared up the edges against the paved patio and decorative feature wall. The result is a courtyard that still feels like a garden. The citrus stayed, the family kept their shade and seating zone, but the green stays perfect year-round.
